- Time of service provision
- Services are provided on the day of your visit, within the set time reserved.
- Cancellation policy
- Owing to the nature of the reserved service, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once provision of the service has begun. To cancel in advance, please notify us by the day before your reservation. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in future reservations being declined.
- Returns and refunds
- Owing to the nature of the services provided, returns and refunds cannot as a rule be accepted. Only in the event of a material defect attributable to the venue will the matter be dealt with individually.
- Age restriction
- Guests under the age of 20 are not admitted. We may ask to see an identification document.
- Exclusion of antisocial forces
- We are unable to admit members of organised crime groups, their members or associated businesses, or anyone else falling within antisocial forces.
